Swedish fish flavouring

anyone know of a uk company with Swedish fish flavouring tried aba vapours but they only have premixed and I wanna try my own thanks for looking cheers Andy

Just had a look, it's definitely there quite far down the list.

It's not in alphabetical order btw.

I have mixed using Alba's Swedish Fish concentrate (deliberatly low % for a steeping experiment).
I believe Alba mix the fish at 20%, or so I've read anyway, to get that special fizz.
I would recommend giving that a try in a small batch to confirm before making a large batch.

Oh, and leave it at least a week in a dark cupboard or the fridge to steep. That does make a bit of a difference. Opened or unopened didn't really affect the flavour. Leaving it in the light darkens it but I did find a mild drop in flavour.
