Sweet White Coffee

I've been looking for a sweet white coffee recipe and can't seem to find one.

I was going to try my own but I've barely started mixing, so not sure of percentages to go with the concentrates I have.

Would, sweetener, cream fresh, caramel, vanilla & coffee be a starting point?

Tried the following and it's not anything like I'm aiming for.

5% Cream (FA)
7% Cappuchino (FA)
2% Vanilla (FA)
2% Sweetener (PA)

Socialites do a really good sweet coffee but I want to make my own!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update...

I've made 5 different samples. The first was horrible, but I progressed slowly, but even though it's got vapable, I just couldn't get it to how I wanted it.

Last Friday I updated my supplies of concentrates from Leisure Liquids and came across Flavor West Coffee with Cream. I ordered it and mixed it tonight.

10% Coffee with Cream & 1.5% Ethyl Maltol 50/50 PG/VG. I gave it a quck go and it was the best by far. The only thing is steeping and I'm a bit worried about how rich it'll get because as it is, I like it, but wouln't mind if the flavour enhanced a little bit.

The remaining samples are ok and with more tweaking, I'm sure I can get the right flavour. I do feel like I've cheated a bit.
