Tart/Pie base mix

Morning all.

I'd like to make sweet, slightly creamy tart/pie base for use with various fruit mixes and just looking for a good starting point and any do's/don't's.

Would something along the lines of this do or am I way off point?

Pie Crust (TPA) 2.5%
Bavarian Cream (TPA) 2%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) 0.5%

It may be just my taste but they seem really low% for TPA concentrates. FA yeah that low, sometimes a smidge higher, but TPA/TFA seems too low. Wait till someone else chimes in but id be doubling those at least if not tripple, or more but again maybe thats just my taste. Im not sure whats in those but a good site to check for nasties is wizardlabs.com, put your desired flavour and maker into the search and it will show whether or not they have them. Cheers.

I should have said that I am not looking for a full on bakery mix, just a background flavour to vary some fruit mixes.
 
A really good pie base is Flavourart apple pie. The apple is very subtle in it so used in small amounts the apple gets masked by whatever other fruits you put with it & you just get the pie crust flavour coming through.
