Tecc Arc4 up down buttons not working correctly

I have a question on regard to my Tecc ARC4 mod. The up down buttons work for turning on an d off stealth but i cant get them to change the wattage. It stuck at 40 the whole time.

It's a new kit so it should be ok.

I'd appreciate any help

Hi @TheYikes and welcome to the planet.

TP has tagged them for you so may respond as they are vendors on the forum.

Ive not seen or used that kit so not sure but there are some mods that can lock the up/down buttons. at a guess try 3 clicks of the fire button or check the user manual as might be a simple thing to sort out.

does it say lock on screen. press up/down at the same time to unlock.

i tried that tp and MrDj. I think the up button is faulty. Thanks the VERY detailed reply. It was good of you to take the time out to research all this for me.

UPDATE! the up button wakes it from sleep mode.
