Teslacigs come to B-Juice
Tesla Nano 60w
The superb Tesla Nano 60w is heading up our overhauled range of vaping hardware at B-Juice, with plenty of vapers realising we're more than just an ejuice store these days. It's definitely on everybody's lips this small, but solid and incredible value mod from Tesla, who have upped their game considerably recently. With a 3600 mah battery onboard, and up to 60w power with full support for Ti, and Ni-200 coils in temperature control mode, it ticks al the right boxes, but so do plenty of other mods on the market. What sets it apart is the styling, and the quality of the finish at this price point, this does not look or feel like a sub 50 pound mod.
Its also available as part of a kit, suitable for beginners or even longer term vapers, with the Tesla Tornado subtank, which supports Tesla's own stock coils which are either standard 0.4 ohm kanthal and cotton for use in power mode, or ni-200 at 0.2 ohm for use in temp control mode. It's a great match for the unit, and well worth trying out, and as part of the kit works out at under 15 pounds on top of the cost of the mod itself. Which for a high performance subtank is great value.
Tesla 80w TC VW box
We're also stocking the Tesla 80w TC box, which again, does not come across as well on the page as it feels in the hand, a fantastic 'baked' topcoat finish really seems to be very resilient, and the zinc alloy used for the casing feels solid and made to last. Similar in size to an istick 40, but powered by a removable 18650 Li-Ion battery and with onboard charging via USB, and coming in slightly cheaper than the ipv d3 (its closest competitor) this is sure to make an impact on the market.
In the next week or two we'll be taking delivery of the stainless nano 60w, as well as the metallic blue version, and looking at the Nano 100w.
Expect to see more of Tesla's products on our shelves over the next few weeks, we've just found a new favourite mod maker, offering something a bit different from the norm and although we haven't seen how they stand up to the test of time the products seem to be made to a very high standard of quality control.
240w power from the Tesla Invader 3
The most interesting upcoming product from Tesla has to be the Invader 3, which we were sent a sample piece of to trial with a view to stocking, and we can safely say, that as far as the high power end off the affordable mod market goes, this is head and shoulders above the rest. Dual 18650's in series, with no regulated wattage but variable voltage controlled via a pleasingly retro potentiometer, and no standard LED display reading watts, resistance , puff count , duration or other unnecessaries. So the power on the Invader 3 is governed by ohms law. Its ideal for drippers, allowing you to vary your vape through build and voltage, and without the display and control buttons the size is kept to a minimum. But, crucuially the Tesla designed chip has all the safety features you'd expect on a regulated VW mod, with safety cutouts in the event of overheating, shorts, amp limits etc. The Tesla Invader 3 offers the versatility and raw power of a dual series mech, but with the reassurance of a regulated VW unit. Perhaps not for complete beginners, a sound knowledge of the principles of Ohms law would be required to get the best from this, but there is a safety net there. Tesla state an output of 240w, but this will depend on the build and the batteries used.
We are hoping to start taking deliveries of the Invader 3 for despatch in the next week or so.
