I have now found an atty that meets all my needs, perfect for my style of vaping.

Vaping nirvana :D

This is basically a new take on the big dripper design. An atomiser I also loved, but will never use again.

It now features one new key feature, that solves the one fault in the original design. It has an ON and OFF switch!

No worrying about the tank emptying, no leaks, no problem :)

I was actually working on adding a similar feature to the original big dripper, but they beat me to it! Not that I mind, this thing is great!

Features:

a SS or transparent tank section
2 drip holes
ON/OFF function
Easy top filling

One more thing to note is that A-Mod seem to be making a great effort to manufacture to a high standard, quality machining here.

Everything was clean when received, all threads perfects, surfaces finished nicely and the tolerances are spot on. All fits together positively with the correct amount of resistance.

I could only see this being improved aesthetically. It works great.

Some may not like the build deck as it features the same high lip as the big dripper. It doesn't bother me, but if its an issue, other decks are compatible.

I don't part with my money easily, and every purchase I make (vaping or not) is very considered....even so, I had to own this!

Might not be for everyone, but thought it deserved a shout out, might make someone else as happy as I am :hugs:

I have a Big Dripper,I actually like it as it is able to produce decent clouds & also good flavour.I was going to say it doesn't leak either, but just picked mine up off the desk & it pissed itself all over me.That's when I remembered I'd refilled it the other day to go out, then taken my squonker instead.Mine doesn't tend to leak is all I can say :P

Thanks Loco ... ordered one on the strength of this review.

+1 on being impressed by Wotofo ... they're producing very decent gear at very decent prices. Derivative designs for sure but they're through the stage of simply copying to resolving issues in other designs and giving vapers what they want.
The Freakshow is excellent, I've ordered a Carbon Freakshow too ... I'd have Troll as soon as someone in the UK stocks it in black.

You won't be disappointed :)

After using it a couple of days now, I'm really enjoying being able to throw it in my pocket with no worries. Closest I have had to leak free dripping before this was from the veritas, but I have a lot more confidence in this guy as the liquid is completely contained when turned off.

I've noticed you need to use far less presses to let out enough juice compared to the original design, due to the double holes.

Service from evolution was great, cheap price after using the discount code, and arrived next day so dispatch must be pretty swift.

Be interested to see how you find it when it arrives.

We need a rule on here, do not recommend without mentioning the fucking discount code, but don't mention the discount code after the sucker has already placed his order ... :banghead:

Seriously, it looks great, the price is good, am sure it'll exceed expectations.

First impressions of The Cloud

Mine arrived today from evolutionvaping, along with a Carbon Freakshow.
Nice packaging, good lot of spares and it LOOKED clean ... closer inspection revealed some machine oil and a few swarf strands in drilled holes. Nothing major though, it was gonna get cleaned anyway.
The overall build quality is excellent, Wotofo are right on their game IMHO. The knurling is well done and makes the atty very usable. There is slight play between the upper tank section and lower deck/chamber section and I have seen condensate leak from the join. The on/off switching is also fairly loose, loose enough to move in a pocket perhaps?

The lip around the build deck is only a small hindrence, it's an easy enough build. I threw in 2 coils of 3mm diameter using .32 Kanthal wrapped 12 times - this gave me 1.2ohms. The juice well is pretty deep, about the same as the Tugboat's, but I didn't fill it completely with the Muji cotton, enough to soak up what drains there was my aim. I started out with a little over 0.5ml in there.

There are four airholes in the build deck, with two in the outer deck section, so you can build your coils either side. The airflow adjustment is great ... tight enough on the o-rings to stay put, loose enough to adjust either way without unseating the atty from the mod.

Top filling the tank is a breeze and it will hold a little over 3ml. Pretty repectable for an RTA, a great addition to an RDA to make it an RDTA ... or is it RTDA?

I haven't previously used the Big Dripper so this juice feed mechanism was entirely new to me. It works well, surprisingly well though I did spy some droplets at the mouthpiece end after two or three presses.

Vapour production is really good, flavour is really good too so performance-wise this can only bring a smile. It's a firm favourite already and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another ... evolutionvaping are going to ask about a black one next time, fingers crossed.

I'll end first impressions there, with a thmbs up ... it'll be used out and about for a few days before I feedback on whether it really is leak-proof. As I've already seen condensate/juice in two places outside the atty I'm not confident to be honest. I trust the Veritas completely and it would be brilliant if this RDTA is in the same bracket. Laters.
