The first e-cigarette

Hello @Aldo Slocumb and welcome to POTV. Tricky question that, been a while since I started, but I am sure you'll get lots of good advice. Enjoy :)

Well done making the switch!

I think for starters something like the RPM devices, or even all the PNP tank stuff is a fairly decent place to start. Both are affordable and easy to maintain. Flavour from the tanks is ok and it is certainly a better starting zone than what was available 9 years ago.

Smok RPM 2 80w - £30-35
Voopoo Drag S mod - £30

The smok would be a good choice if you just want an all in one, where as the drag would be good if you wanted to have battery options. These are just a couple off the top of my head.

Hello @Aldo Slocumb welcome to the forum, the question about what e cigarette for you is like how long is a piece of string. Everyone has their own opinions it’s finding what suits you best, you could try looking at @Innokin kits they do some good starter kits at least that would give you a good idea what your looking for. Good luck with your search.

Hi and welcome. Depends what type of draw you are after. A tight cigarette like draw or a loose one which produces lots of clouds. It would help to narrow it down a bit before buying anything.

Probably a pod kit, the good news is there are loads of starter kits out there so it really depends on what sort of kit you're after.

Welcome to the forum @Aldo Slocumb !
First id start with your goals and what you hope to achieve from a vape device, are you looking to cut down/quit cigarettes or are you after some intense flavour and clouds?
Id look into nicotine salts if you want get off the cigarettes - You will want a cheap mouth to lung style device - my personal recommendation being the VooPoo Drag Nano II or the VooPoo Vinci Royal Pod kit (uses the drag nano ii pods).
If you want clouds and flavour over nicotine satisfaction, something suited towards thicket liquids. Budget will play your main decider here, you could go for something like the Vaporesso GTX Go 40 and remove all the complexity such as wattage adjustment and various settings, just pop the coil and juice in and your good to go :)
There are lots of great reviews on here, but deciding on your juice and goals will be a helpful first step!

Welcome to POTV. When i quit i found Aspire to be pretty good for starter gear. I used the Aspire AIO which used the BVC Coils, with these Coils you have a good range for different styles of vaping, also the Aspire Pockex is a decent bit of gear, not too keen on the new one but the pen style or tube type are great for starting off. I did like the Innokin Jem Pen as well. Like already said it's ultimately up to you and what style of vape your wanting. I liked MTL at first then switched to DTL and now have come full circle. I vape both ways but more focused on MTL.
