Has anyone seen a voltage breakdown on this as I am looking
to buy one (possibly).

I believe from watching reviews the original was tuned to mean
voltage/wattage output as opposed to RMS?

Also interested in the step-down capability.

I believe the MVP 3.0 has step down circuitry while other devices
get lower voltages through PWM (Power Width Modulation)

Of course the MVP 3.0 only goes to 30 watts - hence maybe the
Eleaf 50 watt is better?

Anyone seen the numbers or knows where to look them up?

Almost uniquely amongst reviews, this product doesn't seem to get any complaints ... no issues ... it's sorted.
