Here i go again with another Q !! Well it says it's for burning questions here right ?

O.K , i'm just asking as a new vape dude/person/ape/dork/geek/numpty etc.. :lol1:

Will some kind planet dweller please explain the 'KICK' to me (& to other numpty's) I kinda get it but well, i have no vape buddies here where i dwell ! I be all alone except for you trusty lot on this not so forbidden planet !

I mess with synthesizers in my spare time & can get my head around programming those but vaping stuff evades me !
:whiteflag: What's a kick ?

Normally with mech mods, when you start vaping with a full battery the vape will be at a certain wattage (its most powerful for instance) but as the battery drains the vape will get weaker. Sticking a kick in there will keep it at a constant wattage of your choice and as the battery drains it won't affect the vape coz it'll stay at the wattage you've set. Downside is the battery will drain quicker as its "doing more work" to keep the vape/wattage constant. You'll know when the battery is drained because the kick start/stops intermittently when you fire it. Then it's time to change battery.
Also it has protection built in so the battery won't drain past a dangerous point. I think that's how it works.

Oh and what synths have you got?

Well, probably not the right place to go into a synth discussion but just quickly then. Couple of Novation A-Stations, Korg MS20m, Arturia Minibrute, Couple of Electribes, monotribe, monotrons, volca....Blah blah. Mostly low end stuff is the name of the game.

Nice, I had an MS20 (and an MS10, CS5 and CS10). Loved em all but sold em when I needed cash. Always fancied a monotribe/monotron, they look incredible for what they are. How's the minibrute?
One day (probably when the kids leave home) I'll treat myself to a Roland SH-5........one day.

The brute is great fun. You should totally get another synth one day. Hope the admin here don't mind this, going way off topic now, i'll stop here but thanks all for the KICK information.
