Short re reference to the under 18 ban but Mathew Wright highly cynical of the suggestion that ecigs lead to smoking in children. Cited the experience of his smoking friends who have switched who no longer smoke. And if kids use ecigs when they can't smoke, so what. Rylan went on a bout shisha pen and glamorisation etc (yawn) and he thinks theyre rubbish cos 'it's not like smoking'
