Too old?

I recently mixed up some Nickbrosia (yum yum yum) but my Devon cream (cupcake world) is probably getting on for 4 years old and is quite dark. Do you think it might be past it's best? I'm not complaining about the mix, but if it can be improved by a fresher concentrate them I will have to get some in.

mine went totally black after around 2 years so i dumped it but if you dont mind dark juice and it tastes ok then stick with it.
