Topping up

Similar to reusing bottles thread but not changing flavour. If I am at the end of a bottle of homemade juice am I ok to fill it up again with the same mix or do I need to clean the bottle? I clean the droppers and syringes I use so they are ok. I did 14 20ml bottles, all different flavours, and because I am using some more than others it would be easier to top them up.

I made the 14 bottles about 2 months ago I think, some are empty, others are about 1/3 full at most

I would just rinse with water

I would also just rinse with warm water and leave overnight to air dry
