I would take issue with a number of the positions in that paper, e.g. the description of what an e-cigarette is, and that cigalikes constitute the largest part of the market, and also their position on flavours such as bubble gum. It's also out of date having apparently been written in November before the latest proposals were revealed.

Having said that, there's some good stuff there as well.

There is also some good stuff... but word of the bird is that have been talking to MEPs here in the EU suggesting that article 18 is fine the way it is.

The "Tobacco Electronic Cigarette" ... It doesnt exist. Unless you are using a herbal/tobacco vapouriser... those arent ecigs.

Ah. That's definitely not so good. Looking at their member list they're mostly in the US (15) and the Netherlands (11) - and the only ones I've heard of are Janty and Flavourart. Not sure why their manufacturer list isn't open.
