I had to google ubertoot just to see what it was.
I've noticed that some tanks, MTL, in particular, have the option of a SS tank.
It this just for cosmetic purposes or does it have another reason other than letting you guess your juice level.

It’s because back in the day a lot of tanks came with plastic windows instead of glass. Some notorious juices were “tank crackers” that would eat through the plastic

Having a steel section allowed you to use tank cracker juices without breaking your atty.
