They are guidelines for forum members to consider, if the two of you agreed privately that the payment was anything other than goods, thats none of POTV's business. Also, no where in our rules does it say buyers must be verified. It says to BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

it says in rules to be paid as goods, address in notes through paypal isn't any address has to be thee address registered with paypal thats what i meant by verified thx ,, mods deleted my original post for not following forum rules so I thought I would do it right in case I get deleted again sorry

I wrote the rules myself so I know what they say and it does not say it HAS to be paid as goods only that POTV Recommends it.

How you wish to be paid (Pay safely, PoTV recommends using Papal ONLY (And send as *Payment for GOODs not as GIFT. Paypal protects it's users for purchases of goods if the seller faults you!)

You should have stipulated your terms in the original post or in your pms with the member before allowing payment to be sent to you.


Seriously, not trying to be nasty...just want to make sure it's clear.
