Vampire vape, vanilla custard

I am mixing Vampirevapes vanilla custard at 10%, fruits 10 - 15%, 70%vg 30%pg, 6mg nic vg and finding that after a couple of days vaping, my cotton wicks are black as the ace of spades, now the only way i have of knowing if the flavour is right is by letting my wife or bro inlaw test it as i have lost the ability to taste and smell, they both say its gorgeous and love it, its that im having to re-wick every 2-3 days, is this normal, the juice im mixing is a lot darker than any shop/internet bought juice, any help would be much appreciated

Yup sounds normal to me! Dessert vapes do mess up wicks, quicker then fruity vapes.

As far as taste goes, you may have a bit of vapers tongue! Are you able to taste other liquids? If not, then grab yourself some top notch powerful minty shit! Should clear it up in no time! If it's just that juice, that you can't taste, maybe leave it to steep a little longer, least 7 days! Some people tastebuds are more sensitive! I need my juice seriously strong, compared to most.

hazard93 ill have to get use to changing wicks more often than im used too, its a small price to pay, this vampire vanilla custard is a very dark concentrate, would be interesting to see if anyone else has mixed with it, get their feed back

Yup, can be rather pricey! that's where rebuilding comes into play as well, if you can get into that, you can save fortunes! Normally the rule of thumb is, the darker the liquid, the more gunk build up.

Saying that though, really sweet vapes, can also gunk up very quickly, dark or not.

hazard93 i get 140 cheap muji cotton pads from the land of the rising sun, no worries there, you made a good point tho, this concentrate would be very costly in throw away carts, every 3 days at most youd be binning them, its a cotton killer

Ohhh, my bad! I read it as ''small price to pay'' meaning you're chucking away new coils ect. Now I know you meant small price to pay with changing frequently!
