Smells just like vanilla icing! I havent tasted it yet so I am not sure about the cakey part, but it smells just like a tub of betty crockers vanilla icing. Just mixed up 10ml and started at 10%.
You do definitely get the icing come through on it. I have both this and the cake batter and I much prefer the cupcake. As usual with most no fruit capellas it's all in the steep!
It was one of my first batch so I mixed at 20% but I've not dropped them all down to 15% and it seems to work well. The cake batter deffinantly needs something sweeter in with it, I was thinking raspberry so it becomes a Victoria sponge! I find strawberry works well with pa waffle, don't know if it would go with the Capella? And a bit of maple syrup
