My name is Humza, I'm a Co-Founder @ Vape Crate - www.vapecrate.co.uk

We are a subscription service for the finest E-Liquids for Vapers here in the UK. The business began because of a personal struggle for myself and my business partner not having access to the finest E-Liquid the world had to offer. We were tired of vaping substandard liquids and felt the market deserved something more. As time has gone on, us Vapers in the UK have become more aware of what good E-Liquid is really like.

We have also found that it has become harder for E-Liquid manufactures to get their liquids into the devices of vapers & this is mainly down to the restriction of where they can advertise. Services such as Facebook, Google & Youtube have banned the advertisement of E-Liquid. Our aim is to become a platform for manufactures from around the world to get their liquids tried by Vapers in the UK.

We strive to only source the best that is available, we wouldn't want to vape anything that isn't amazing and we wouldn't want our members to either!

So, How Does It Work;

Membership to Vape Crate is: £24.99 a month, delivery will always be free - We are currently running a 50% OFF your first Crate offer.

E-Liquids: We promise to only source the finest Liquids available on the market, every month you will receive at least 45ML of Juice and with at least 3 different flavours.

Rotation: Every month we change the liquids in our box and we never send the same flavours twice! We are working on implementing a 'don't like' function into our service, so if there is a flavour profile you really don't like, we won't send it.

Nicotine Strength: We give our members the choice of their nicotine strength, we carry 0,6,12 and 18mg

Shipping: We send out our orders every Thursday. New members will never have to wait more than a week to receive their first Vape Crate.

Billing: Your monthly billing date will be the date you signed up to Vape Crate.

Free To Leave: We do not believe in tying in our members to any sort of contract, this is why you're free to cancel your membership at any time. We understand that individual circumstances can change and we would like to accommodating to this. We kindly ask that you give us 14 days notice before your next shipment date so we are able to make changes to our order lists.

These are just a few to give you an idea of what you might be seeing in your Vape Crate. Our first box will contain juices from Space Jam & Drakes Vapes. We truly believe that these Juices are amazing and are like nothing else we have vaped before!

We only want to offer what the community in the UK want and this is why we would love to hear what Liquids you would like to try and we will do our best to include them in future Vape Crates.

Our future plans are to also include Hardware in our boxes as there is nothing more exciting than receiving a sparkling new MOD through the post!

We have seen a huge level of interest in our first few weeks of starting and are humbled that the vaping community here in the UK have come on board to what we're offering because without the support from the community we would not be able to do what we do.

We currently work on an invitation basis, this is purely so we're able to deal with the current demand and do not wish to annoy any members by delaying their orders. Our invitations go out on a daily basis so you'll never be too far away from receiving your invitation from us.

I got my first vapecrate yesterday and am loving this juice and I've still not even tried the vanilla one - it smells amazing though so I'm working on the principle of delayed gratification :-)

All three are top drawer.

The only thing I might add is a link to a UK retailer to enable easy re-orders?

Hope your business is a success - you've certainly started out the right way, as everything from the packaging to the contents is just quality.

Glad you're enjoying your Vape Crate! The team really worked hard on putting together the best possible Vape Crate for all of our members.

Some have said the Vanilla Trifecta needs steeping so that could be a viable reason to delay the gratification!

We are currently working on an e-commerce site where we will sell all the liquids we send out as a lot of the juices we will be sending out are not even stocked by many UK stores!

Well, you weren't lying!

Mine came this morning & I've been sitting in the sunshine this afternoon chopping and changing flavours between 2 mini protank 3's and a an Aerotank because I just can't decide which I like the most!

It was great to actually try some more of Ruthless's juice - I stopped by their tent at Vapefest & it was going off in there! Everyone was having a party! I sampled a few, but ironically, neither of these flavours.

Ruthless EZ Duz It - Very nice indeed. Melon vapes have been a mixed bag for me so I didn't bother trying this at Vapefest as I thought it might be too much. As it happens though, it's damned tasty, without that yucky cloying that I've had with some other melon flavours. I want to say it's light, but I don't mean it's lacking in flavour by any means, I just mean it's refreshing and summery, and with the strawberry it's a great combination.

Ruthless Swamp Thang - Tart, and sweet, and moreish! Again, I didn't try this at Vapefest and I couldn't really tell you why. I guess thought it might be a bit pedestrian, a bit artificial/chemically tasting (since it's replicating a candy flavour rather than natural apple). I've been killing the Manabush that I picked up at Vapefest the last few days (another surprise hit from me since I don't ever normally vape anything tobacco) and that's so rich and caramelly (is that's even a word?!) that this Swamp Thang is the perfect antidote to keep my tastebuds guessing! Top drawer.

Drakes Vapes Drakeula - I was really keeping my fingers & toes crossed that you'd be sending this one. I love blood oranges, I love orange vapes, I love black cherry vapes and my favourite vape of all time is an iced guava vape by Banzai Vapors, so I was hoping that this was going to be superlative. It's very nice, and I keep picking it up, but whereas the other two are sock it in ya mouth, this is more confusing to me. It's a light & summery perfection, and reminds me of those high quality fruit cordials from farmers markets and upmarket organic cafés served with soda water, but perhaps it's because the other two are so flavourful, this one seems more subtle than I had expected.

This is why that a subscription service is so good for me though. I wouldn't have been annoyed if I had ordered this from the US directly (before this brand was available in the UK), and I will enjoy the rest of it as it is so good, but whereas the Drakes Vape from last months vapecrate is da bomb, I don't think I'd reorder this, though I'm looking forward to breaking open a new Naturevape coil for it later.

On the other hand, the Ruthless juices that I didn't even bother trying for free when I had the opportunity to, could easily find a home in my rotation. Go figure!

Good concept let down by poor customer service and lack of helpful and truthful communication with their customers. Have emailed their CS and Humza re: my concerns outlined in another thread (link below) but did not get any response. These guys should take a leaf out of TMax's (Snake Oil) book. Try emailing TMax, even on a weekend and you get a quick response from the owner (Simon) himself and will keep responding to you until you're happy.

Have now cancelled my subscription and am thinking about joining drippa or mysizzlebox instead.

I've found their customer service to be really great so far - I've had to contact them on a few bits & bobs (and actually I've paused my sub for a month or two but would be happy to resubcribe so one of those occasions was actually to cancel).

It's great that TMAX has amazing customer service, and his product is superb without a doubt, as is Manabush, but it seems unreasonable to expect any business to operate 7 days a week (although I think once of my responses from Richard at vapecrate came in on a Saturday, but I couldn't be sure). Either way, if a reply came within 2 working days I'd still consider that to be good or great customer service.

Then again, I work for a multi-national and our service level is 90% of our mail to be actioned within 5 days, and that is industry leading, so perhaps my expectation of customer service is informed by this.

Still, I do hate poor customer service, and if you've experienced it with these guys then I don't blame you for taking your custom elsewhere.

There are a few subscription services around, all doing slightly different things - Vape crate is so far premium US juice, Zamplebox is rather a more mixed bag - good value, but some of the juices are hard to find in the UK if you want to reorder (good customer service though here, and great value on their gold box ml for ml even with international shipping), Drippa who also have great customer service I understand, and have a range of mainly UK sourced products which are fully CHIP compliant and also a refund policy, and mysizzlebox which I literally know nothing about at all, but there's plenty to choose from.
