Many of you have reached out to find out if we are still open for business in these hard times, we just wanted to take a moment to let you know that yes, we are still open for the time being.
We are following strict guidelines from the government. Many online platforms are continuing to operate and function to support the needs of the country in these difficult times.
We are hard at work and trying our best to make sure all our customers have nothing to worry about when it comes to their vaping needs. We would like to assure you that we are taking the upmost care in hygiene and making sure that every order is packed in a clean disinfected environment and all employees are using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when working in our warehouses.
Please be aware that due to the recent restrictions set by the government, many people have resorted to online shopping and we have had a huge influx on our orders. There may be a slight delay in orders being sent/received due to this.
We have also had to remove our Royal Mail special delivery service as Royal Mail have informed us that they cannot currently guarantee next day delivery. All our other services are fine and remain as usual.
