I purchased a few different RBAs, and a few other small bits of kits from VapeGear; the RBAs I ordered were 4-8GBP less than any other website I could find, and shipping is included in any order over 10GBP. VapeGear does have slightly limited selection in what it offers, but it is a young business with very competitive pricing, and the shipping threshold is low enough that you could order only a few items and still be cost-effective.
The website is also quite basic, but you can review your account details on the website (though the ‘status’ info only every says ‘open’ or ‘closed’). It is very easy to navigate, though it is slightly tiresome to be redirected to the basket every time you add an item.
I ordered on a Tuesday evening, the packet was dispatched Wednesday, and received on Thursday - I imagine you could usually expect next-day delivery if you order in the morning. VapeGear sent me an order confirmation immediately after it was submitted, and another e-mail was sent when the order was dispatched.
All the equipment was very nicely sealed and packed; the rebuildable atomizers I ordered also came with a bit of wick and wire for the initial coil, and extra o-rings for the seals (these weren’t listed on the website with the items, and so were a lovely surprise!)
Finally, the receipt came with a cute little ‘thanks’ handwritten from whomever packed up my order from VapeGear; a nice personal touch. I am overall very satisfied with VapeGear’s service, and their pricing is EXTREMELY competitive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase in the UK.
