Things are very hectic here atm for us, which is why we're not posting much here on POTV or on Facebook etc.
Mostly this is down to moving house, which should all be sorted finally in about another week or so.
We're processing all of the orders and answering emails as normal but everything else is taking a bit of a back seat for another week or so. We have a new batch of Erlkonigin stuff arriving any day including the ErlPrinz and the Erlkonigin Nano kits, as well as replacement tanks and driptips etc.
If you're still waiting on the ErlPrinz side by side comparisons those should be posted here and on our site "soon". The very short version is it vapes about the same, isn't quite as customisable, and doesn't look as good, though you can use the EK tanks and driptips and adapters just fine. New Erlkonigin stock as well as the comparison page should be up by Tuesday at the very latest. (21st October)
We're also planning to release a couple of new flavours in a couple more weeks (waiting on some flavours to arrive from the US) as well as restocking our more popular flavours.
MUJI cotton keeps getting delayed, probably be the end of the month before more of that gets here.
If you have any problems or questions with any orders the best way to get in touch is via [email protected] and you should get an answer within a couple of hours. If you send us a forum PM we might not see it for a couple of days. All orders are still being processed for next day delivery (post office depending) as normal.
As a reminder our post cut off times are 2:30 pm so if your order is placed before then it'll go in that days post, if it's after then it'll go in the next days post. If you require something urgently drop us an email and if we can sort it out we will.
Saturday cut off time is 11am, orders placed after then will be posted on Monday, and you should get them on Tuesday.
