VapourWorld Burgled And Need The Help Of The Vaping Community | The Grumpy Vaper

Just recently Vapourworld’s B&M unit in Withernsea was burgled. Not content with taking most of the stock, those responsible also went on to completely trash the premises.

I’ll hand over to Chris Birks – friend of the business – to go into a little more detail:

“I’d like to put out a plea for help for a good friend of mine, Paula Wade.

Paula is the owner of VapourWorld, and just recently her premises were burgled by some low-life thieving scum. Not only did they clear her out, they also completely trashed her unit. Smashing up her computers, destroying all her records in the process.

A lot of her stock is branded with the name AURORA, so I’m pleading with the communtiy to keep on the lookout for anyone trying to sell her products.

The only saving grace is they didn’t manage to get into her mixing/bottling room, if they had, it would have destroyed her business completely.

Her premises are in Withernsea, so if you live in that area, please be extra diligent.

Keep an eye out folks and let’s catch these criminals!”

Facking assholes, if you're gonna be too damn lazy to earn your own money and rob the place you're a chunt.

But trashing the place aswell wtf...

I'd say their about quits after this incident.

Some of those prices are pure greed.

*EDIT* Not that i condone robbery of any kind, whether it be breaking into a business and stealing the stock, or parting naive patrons from their hard earned by way of exhorbitant pricing. Hopefully this edit adds some balance to my comment.

Hopefully some of those profits went towards some kind of insurance? Should lessen the blow somewhat if stock can at least be replaced.

Just to be clear, my comment was a tongue in cheek aside - I, like any other sane person, extend my sympathies to victims of crime. I didn't want to trigger a vein of vendor bashing :)
 
Um, yeah. Not really sure how helpful a comment like this is after something like this. A business can charge what they like for their product, whether you agree with that right now is a moot point.

There are many other places you can buy from if you don't like the prices. BD1 you should be ashamed of yourself. :(

This thread is to help with trying to find the criminals and stolen stock and the help from the community thus far has been outstanding and is a reason for us to be proud. Please don't tarnish that here.

It's a forum, it's the internet - views will be expressed that you don't agree with.

Having a pop at other members for their views probably isn't something to be proud of either.
