Ok. So i received my N1 Pro Kit today and it's arrived without the second battery cover that allows for the mod to run in triple 18650 mode! I'm very upset with @Vaptio and at this point i don't feel able recommend them to anyone!

Just called a UK phone number on the back of their instruction manuals and got through to a very nice man who has nothing to do with the company but stated he'd had 15 calls about e cigs this month alone!
