I know this is probably a dead end question but if you don't, ask you don't get.

Most vendor's recipes will be closely guarded secrets but I was wondering if any vendors actually provide/share recipes of their wares or at the very least, ingredients lists.
Food manufacturers have to provide ingredients lists on packaging so why don't e juice makers.

We are all in this fight against BIG PHARMA & BIG TOBACCO and analogues together and we are supposed to be one big family with an end result of quitting smoking. Or has ejuice and vaping equipment marketplace just turned into the latest get rich quick scheme.
Some of the prices being charged by some vendors is extortionate and there seems to be little or no customer service from some quarters. I agree that TPD is bad for vaping but there has to be some form of regulation or quality control measures to ensure people are not being poisoned or ripped off by unscrupulous vendors.

A few vendors do sell "one shot" concentrates. T-Juice and Vampire Vape to name a couple. Chefs Flavours have a load of their own too. Vaping Chef's Tickle Me Pink right now and it's awesome.

I've given up on making my own concoctions now as it was always a bit underwhelming and I can't be arsed to put the time in.

I can just buy 30ml of one shot concentrate from Chef's for £8 and that will make just under 170ml when mixed at the recommended 18% (on this particular juice).

No brainer for me.

People know that e liquid is safe, but ask my mum for her recipe for chilli con carne and she'll tell you no.

Vendors don't want their liquids cloned and sold on, they've put many man hours into research and development over each juice it would be throwing that all down the pan so the likes of simple Joe in his house can mix it up, pass off as a clone with a large undercut. Why should vendors give away their secrets?

I spent time speaking to @tmbnotes at VC, they told me a flavour concentrate they put in a certain flavour and it surprised me what it was, in what flavour liquid. And no, I won't disclose that information as it's not my place to say to anyone, but I don't know any more than that 1 flavour in what is a complex recipe and what % they use. It's just not right and not fair. It's also a challenge to clone any vendors recipe perfectly, you'll be wasting your time asking them, I know @manabush keep their recipes secret as well

You only need to look at the lengths people are going to to clone Element's juices. I'm not sure anyone anywhere has done it successfully.

Although I can't lie, if someone was to crack it I would almost certainly give it a try. :D I paid £11 for 20ml of Pink Grapefruit last week. Felt like a right kick in the balls after mixing with one shots. Was a nice treat though.

Well said, it's not always about the flavour too, most of the time it's the technique.

To the point of food companies disclosing information I think you'll find its hidden under the word flavourings a lot!

Tell us more about technique. :5:

I suspect it's a bit like Lou bega mambo number 5
'A little bit of Capella by my side, a little bit of flavourart is what I need, a little bit of TPA tops it off, a little bit of LorAnn makes me your man (enter saxophone here)'

Iv read that, some apes are spending a lot of money and not getting very far, a friend at work asked me to clone their pink grapefruit, couldn't find a recipe anywhere, I just stick to one shot now

Yeah it's mental. That thread was basically me trying to make any juice that I was happy with. Hence why I gave all my concentrates away and stick to one shots.:D
