Hi Matt, I personally use Kanthal A1 AWG32 (0.20320mm) - Approx 46Ω per metre from Cloud9Vaping along with 4x1mm Glass Fibre Wicks.
A 5/4 wrap gives me about a 2 - 2.2ohm resistance.
