Hi guys bort a vivi nova from cig juice and it didnt work with my ego 510 battery with the heads provided put my ego heads in and it worked the pin at bottom of heads was too short on heads that came with viva nova

Try teasing the pin down a little on the heads

No mate just took pins outa ego heads dint think theyd do owt coz av used it and fidled with burners now

It`s always best to contact the vendors concerned if an item does not work as intended, The vast majority of them are friendly and approachable and when a problem arises will quickly sort out either a refund or replace fix for you, it also serves as an alerter to them that the items may need watching for others having the same problem and to take action with the manufacturer .

As Roadhog said, it is important to let vendors know about these kinds of issues. They can't aim to improve if they dont know there is an improvement that needs to be made
