This is more of a user review than a product introductory one. This is my own opinion and not influenced by anyone not VOOPOO or POTV.
I received the Argus P1 from @VOOPOO in a giveaway competition and like to thank them for the prize. I already had two Argus Pod kits and as the Argus P1 uses the same pods I know this was a good device.
The kit comes with two pods an 0.7 ohm and a 1.2 ohm pod the coils are integrated so can’t be changed but the pods do last well. The main difference with the Argus P1 from the Argus pod is its square shape as opposed to a cylinder type, it is draw activated with an airflow adjustment on one edge with a type C charge port below it the other edge is clear and you can see the electronic workings through the surround.
The unique part with the P1 is draw activated but the stronger you draw the power increases giving a warmer flavour to the vape this shows by the bars that light up through the window on the edge of the device and has four light bars that go from one bar to four depending upon the strength of the draw taken and works very well giving a nice warm flavoursome vape.
I prefer the 1.2 pod which I have used previously with the Argus pod which works very well in the P1 so I started using the 0.7 pod which leaked eliquid into the pod well, I managed to dry it out and had a spare one and not had any problems with this one so the first pod was a duff one.
I really enjoy using the Argus P1 and find I am using it more than my other kit’s it’s a brilliant MTL device it also has a bracket for the included lanyard which is great for out and about just hang it round the neck no messing about putting it in a pocket.

Not sure about the formfactor of the P1 as I prefer the look of the Argus, but lets not mess around, how does it vape?

For me the draw is far better than the Xros mini, which can only be described as loose as an old hooker by comparison. Will I replace the Vaporesso when it breaks or I accidentally frisbee it out the car window sometime soon? Hell no, but I would replace the Argus.

And this from a man who isn't that fond of Voopoo, stupid name, crap mods as they always fail on me far too quickly.

OK, slight step back on the Xros, after consulting the resident braille specialist and actually finding the ohms of the included pod, it's the 0.6 ohm, so maybe update if I find the 1.2 ohm ones I bought any better, and let us pray :D

I do like my innokin kits with the Zlide tank but the Argus pod and the Argus P1 are brilliant kits, Vaporesso kits I’ve had have leaked so don’t use them anymore. Like any pod kit some pods leak but I’ve found the the two Argus kits the best I’ve had and shock horror I’d actually buy another one I think there great.

I must admit I prefer the 1.2 ohm pods than the 0.7 for in the Argus kits.

Aye, it's the 1.2 I have in it (just checked) think I'll lob the lower ohm one. Waste of time on such a low mAh device imo.

Sorry for hijacking your thread to vent about the xros, but there's little to talk about with pods, so heres another doozy...

Trying to get the cap off to fill it, 3 times now I've wrestled with this POS now to fill it, had a search on the interweb, reddit to the rescue, pop the pod in a door jamb and twist it, sure it pops off but just imagine for a moment you're in the car, you're kinda fecked then unless you get creative and try the window.....

Don’t have that problem with Argus pods lol.

Nope, just hope they keep making the buggers, it's the one downside of proprietary pod/coils.
