As I recently won a Voopoo Find S Trio device on the giveaway organised by @AJT and @VOOPOO , it's time for my review. I will not go through all the technical details, specs and box contents, you can find all the information on Voopoo's website.

After a few failed attempts to use pod devices and declaring that I will never bother with one again, the Find S Trio made me reconsider. It has a different approach to vaping on pod systems.

Vaping it gives you two options, a standard decently tight MTL on the 1.2ohm ceramic coil, with good flavour and the expected vapour and a mixture of MTL and DL with the 0.8ohm coil. Why mixture, the coil is really good, great vapour and great flavour and what I liked most on this coil is that you can mix your draw, you can have a restricted lung hit and after that, a looser MTL draw. The chip is a tiny beast, it fires faster than anything I own or tested, yes, it has the advantage of a small coil that can ramp up fast but still, you press the button and you have ready vape INSTANTLY.

I am pleased to say that the Find S Trio has become my "quick grab" device for short periods of time. if I need to get out of the house for something that will not take long, this is the device I grab.
It is perfect as size, weight, and design. Not too small, not too big, not too heavy, for me, it is just right.
The only slightly negative thing I can say at the moment is the filling port. it is small and airlock will happen almost every time. Filling the pod requires tilting and patience.

As I am an Electronics Engineer, I could not resist having a look "under the hood".
The device is built well, there is some protection to the insides in case of leaking although I don't really see this device leaking under normal usage. The board seems to be coated so if liquid ever gets in there nothing bad should happen.
The case around the battery is plastic, seems to be quality plastic but I would still try my best not to drop it as if it cracks it can easily push on the battery. Charging current was measured at about 0.9 amps so a standard 5V 1A charger will be just fine, charging on a pc USB port will increase the charging time but it will charge as fine. As final thoughts, this device is a great addition to any vaper, you can DL, MTL, use 70/30 liquid or nic sals.
