I don't have the Vthru but it takes the V2 pods and they are exactly the same as the new ones apart from the position of the fill plug and the claims Voopoo make for them over the V2 which fit the Max.

They do fit for sure, but would the 0.4ohm coil be registered on the Vthru pro? Vthru pro goes up to 25w only, the coils are rated at 18-30w, but Vthru pro only came with 0.7, and 1.2ohm coils.

I don't see why it wouldn't but you could ask @VOOPOO or just try some.
