Tank

Atomizer/atomizer coil/Drip are consumable products that are not within the scope of the warranty once it is depleted. If have a quality issue when receiving the package, please return without oil filling.

Disclaimer

Artificial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.

Coil is consumable what is not within the scope of warranty once it is depleted.

Any hardware cracking, the modification is at your own risk, it will void warranty.

Out Of Warranty In principle, we are not servicing any items that are out of warranty.

Per repair request, you need to pay repair fee and double-way transportation fee if your device is out of warranty.
