Eciglogistica is a wholesaler. I think they are the biggest here in Spain. Retailers have to purchase to them and then sell to final customer. Theres a distribution channel.
Hence the bad prices...

Just had a chat with them, around £15 to Spain. They don't know of any retailers though, sorry.
