Waffles - Capella Not a Review!

I started this at 10% and have been steeping lid on for about 3-4 days now. The mix smells so yummy with a hint of maple syrup. Oddly though, unlike the other cappella's I am not getting the colour change I have seen with Vanilla Custard, Vanilla Cupcake, Peach n Cream. Its a very pale clear honey colour 3 days in.

I will sample at in 24 hours and then break the 10ml down to two 5mls with one mixed with a dab of blue berry the other with raspberry

Couldnt wait! I broke and tested tonight, nearly there, going to bump this to 15% and i think another 3 days steep it will be perfect!
