"Vendor/Seller Review Rules"

Vendor/Seller reviews often help the community decide where they would like to spend their pennies. However, some reviews aren't always positive and vapers like to know about bad experiences as well as the good ones.

PoTV must adhere to certain UK laws and can not allow defamatory reviews about any vendor or seller. However, negative reviews that have followed a specific course of action may be considered for approval on the forum.

In the event of a bad transaction, the following steps must be taken prior to writing a negative review on this forum:

• The vendor must be contacted and made aware of any issue you may be experiencing, via email, telephone, or in writing.
• The vendor must be given a reasonable amount of time to address your issues and respond accordingly. This should be detailed somewhere on their website in regards to their Returns policies.
• If, within that reasonable amount of time, they have not addressed the problem by issuing a refund, replacement or another suitable arrangement, a dispute must be lodged with your Payment mode (PayPal, Credit Card Chargeback, Bank Transfer ect.)
• At that time, your payment provider will investigate the details of the transaction and will issue a response based upon their findings.
• Once a payment provider has issued their response, the matter is then considered Resolved. You may post a review of your negative experience in the Vendor Reviews section, where it will be read through by a member of the Administration team before approval.

Negative reviews may not contain slanderous or libelous claims of any nature. Defamatory reviews will be automatically deleted without explanation.

Any vendor review posted on the forum other than in the Vendor review section will be deleted without explanation.

Reviews must be written in a professional manner. Swearing and name calling will not be permitted.

Negative reviews must be started in a new thread. Negatives left in a vendor or sellers positive thread will be removed without explanation. Please do not post a negative review in a positive review thread in order to bypass these rules.

I purchased this with my own dollars - the opinion represented here is solely mine, having had experience of many different types of 'Misers', and is in no way an opinion shared by Support UKVapers - unless they have also tried the product and coincidentally and independently come to the same conclusions - which is quite frankly unlikely. I present my Opinion Here as Honestly as i am able, but do accept that a degree of 'Poetic Licence' may have accidently snuck in

Just posted me Raptor Tank Review - eventually :upset:
Only 4 images including smileys and Links - That hardly allows me to show several images and post various links - let alone add smileys - not overly encouraging - even UK Vapers.org has set a limit od 8 which i'm not happy about. I know this may be the 'Video' era - but as i'm now doing both written ans Vid - it makes it impossible for me to post.
Any suggestions/concessions greatly received.:hopelessness:
