I see that some people say that they can't use a certain atomizer on their mech mod because there battery dosent have enough amps or something like that? What does that mean?

Amperes = the available power to heat the coil.Imagine a hosepipe connected to a power washer, the fatter the hose the faster the water flows, the higher the Amperes, the more electricity "flows"

A lot of batteries are limited in how much power they can put out and using low ohm coils can pull a fair bit of power from batteries.

The resistance of the coil (it's ohmage) and the charge of the battery (voltage) determine how much power (ampage) is pulled from the battery to power the coil.

If the ohmage is too low, the battery might not be able to allow enough amps to be pulled from it.

Here's a link to an ohm's law calculator : http://www.ohmslawcalculator.com/ohms_law_calculator.php

If you have a bit of a play around with different ohm/voltage values in it, you can see how this affects how many amps are needed to power a coil.
