From what I can see from that is, it's a twin coil, but in a U shaped tube. The air looks to be drawn in from the drip tip down a channel, through the U shaped coil (the U tech bit), then up the chimney into yer gob.
Will it be a different or 'better' vape, who knows.

They could have called it U-tube technology, but that may have had copyright infringement issues. lol
