What Is the BEST Squonk Box For Beginners?

Hello all, I've been vaping now for some time and I have grown rather curious about squonking. After doing my research, I feel confident enough to begin my squonk adventure but I would love to get some opinions on great squonk boxes (regulated for now) for beginners.

Not an area I have a lot of experience in but I believe the Vandy Vape Pulse V2 is a popular one. Should be a good starting point.

Depends what sort of wattage and where you would predominantly using it really, if using out and about then you will probably want something smaller with single battery preferably 21700, if for at home then probably something like a dual 18650 but again depends what you're sticking on top of it really and running at, dovpo topsides are great squonkers duals are quite big and heavy, where you can still get the single with a 21700 battery, although still quite heavy, other options are as @rew said the pulse 2, there's the wotofo profile squonker although only a single 18650 but can be got for pretty cheap, lost vape have just released a new one the quest centaurus which is a single 21700, there are a few others on the market

I run the single topside on a 21700 battery and a lost vape drone with dual batteries both with a profile mesh rdta in rda mode normally around 60-65w, depends what your planning to use on top, single or double coil RDA, mesh etc

Hope that helps, probably best to not spend a load of money, maybe try it out first as squonking doesn't suit everyone but its what I generally use at home

Also have a look at the Dovpo Topside.

I've had mine for three years (it seems unbelievable to me but I've just checked my order emails). I have three other regulated squonk mods which are sitting in a drawer because the Topside is just so easy to use. You just can't beat being able to fill from the top. I change flavours every time I fill up and I don't think the bottles retain the old flavour in any way.

I tend to vape around 35 to 40 w and the Single 21700 option has been fine, although I do have to change batteries at least once a day because I vape quite a lot.

Thank you for that, I have been looking about online and a few reviews point at Dovpo. I think ill be looking at a few mods today and i hope I find the perfect fit for me!

I've got the topside and tbh its unbelievable I've got the profile rda on it and the smoothness is lovely it's not that heavy tbh I love it

The Pulse V2 is one of the best starter squonk mods, I reviewed it last year but it's still up there and a year on I still have no cons,

My Topside gets no use at all these days as it's such a heavy awkward lump but dual battery squonk mods usually are.

If you want a posher looking squonk kit then the new Lost Vape Centaurus BF is a nice bit of kit with an easy single coil RDA and worth a look.

Vandy Vape Pulse V2. Can be picked up cheep, and if squonking is not for you then you are not left with a mod not used and more so, with a big hole in pocket!. Must admit, I have a couple of high end ones and I go through times of heavy use and then times when they are back in box. I would not spend much until you no its for you.. .. .. .. .
