What is the standard voltage of an ego k

Hi all

Just bought an ego k (with dragon design) and am wondering what volt output this has. Anyone know? What resistance coil is best and what difference will a higher/lower one make?

@yosume The mini PCB in the ego style batteries normally has a set voltage of 3.7v, you can check this if you have a multimeter

It advises between 1.8ohm and 3.5ohm heads for safe vaping (Lower ohms mean faster heat up)
