What mg of nicotine are you using?

Personally I am on 18mg thinking about trying 11mg to cut down.

18 here... started on 36, went to 24 within a month and down to 16-18 within 4 months and have stayed at.


Will be cutting down even more when the NicVape group buy is done so it lasts longer

18mg is the most usual strength but I have higher for those times I know I won't get much opportunity to Vape. I rarely go lower
