What Wire Gauge to use

hello all,
need some assistance if i may

recently got myself the Ijoy classic tank, a new coilmaster kit v3 and so far loving what it has to offer, i do have a question regarding what wire i should use,
my normal vape is around the 0.1 to 0.2 ohm range but id also like to have something in the range of 0.6 ish,
what wire gauge should i be using as im sure with different resistances then different gauges would require more wraps etc im looking for something in the middle or an even better option would be a coil pack which has various Gauge wire to let me try different ones out if these are available

I'm open to your suggestions on what wire I should use so I can try various resistances ranging from 0.1 maybe upto 0.6 ohm.

Depends what you can be asked to build and how much effort you want to put into building.

Standard coil?
Maybe try dual 22g, 7 wraps, about 0.3ohms

You're asking a very open ended question it's impossible to answer. I think you just need to google around and play with builds until you find your sweet spot, a build you can do that vapes great. Just have fun, there's no right way of going about it just trail and error.


Edit: stealthvape is amazing, and wire isn't expensive. Just get a spool of a bunch ranging from 22g-28g and play about with standard coils. Then once you're more comfortable order more wire and try claptons, fused claptons etc. I have a whole drawer full of wire spools and a trash can full of ruined coils... It's a vicious cycle. Which reminds me I need more wire LOL

Ok I just did my 1st dual coil. 24 gauge 6 wraps 3mm and it came up at 0.32 ohm. Fired in some cotton and pretty happy with my 1st attempt. Took a couple of picks so you can see.

Jammy bugger I was looking at the coil master v3 but what put me off was the tab 521 as I believe the minimum resistance on it is 0.2.

Thanks for the info folks. My local shop has been giving me some lengths of different wire each time I've been in to get concentrates (which is only twice to be fair haha) so at the moment the wire I've got is super thick and it's so much easier to make coils with than the really thin stuff I was using before.
