anyone point me in the direction of a good strong sharp lemon concentrate? i have the PA one, steeped a few days its ok but not as crisp and sharp as id like for the recipes i have in mind, id go straight to capella (especially as i want some of their blueberry, hurry up payday!) but they dont seem to do one thats just a straight lemon, considering flavour art as their lychee is amazing but if someone knows better please let me know.

also are there any good nut ones? im thinking pecan or walnut but im not sure the "dryness" you get from the real nut would come through too well.

and damn the realizations are dropping on me hard today, it just struck me that i have a whole host of quality lab glassware and equipment in the loft from my "fun with chemistry" phase, im sure some of it will be useful to me again for mixing

I'm sure Bryan123456 said inawera does a good grapefruit that has a nice citrus bite to it. Most lemons I've tried have been sweet lemon which is not what I've been after at all.

Inawera do a real sharp lemon and the grapefruit is awesome

thats two for inawera, sounds like ive found my lemon then. who is it who stocks inawera again? is it alba?

4drops do them but they were down a couple of days ago. These guys here do them and are in the uk but I haven't tried them so cant vouch for them
