Which 18500 Battery

Just got Sunbox E8 Nano Light.
Bought 2 batteries from the bay. 2 Torchy 18500 1600mAh flat top. Charged them for a couple of hours.
Put one in and it showed weak battery. Have i bought the wrong batteries,or is the sunbox faulty.
If it's faulty what can i do to repair it.

and can u get a better pic of the negative spring mate? its a known issue on them

okay i've tried it on 10 watts and 20 and the battery lasts a couple of pulses, but then goes back to weak battery. here's a pic of the contact.

Just my two penneth worth.
When I'm charging a set of 18650's, the charge indicator flashes 0-1 and 1-2 bars for ages, so maybe a couple of hours isn't long enough.

Do sunbox have a fb site couldnt find them or Volpi Paulo.
Not having a great vape day today. my Mookoo pin is tempremental.
My old runt button is playing up. All i have left is the hex or my wraith which is like squonking with a brick.
