which atomiser for this battery

hi...
my friend has a problem... he bought some kit from china about 6 months ago...
atomiser started leaking.... the battery has 510 threading but it is 'on the outside'... is there any atomiser that wouldn't make a gap without using spacer...? i mean, if you put something like vivi nova on it, it would look realy weird...
