would a normal ego clearomizer work well on a ego mini ?

Mine does, the mini as being a 350mah battery same thread as its bigger brother just a hell of a lot cuter

In general yes as they are produce as a guide 3.7v so the only difference is longevity

exactly what mark said, I can get anything upto half a day out of a 350mah bat and they do make an excellent back up as there so small to have in your pocket
