Just been to my local vendor and picked up a couple of evod cartos. What a difference in taste they are compared to the throw away starters (Ce4 ?).

To all you noobies like me I really recommend them!

I've got the ce4's and my OH has Evod. I can definitely tell a difference. It's a much stronger vape.

to newbies it could just simply be down to a different ohm in the head but i do agree that the evod is better than ce4's...there is, or deoss seem to be a natural progression now up the chain...again though it is possible the ce4 could have been 2.4 ohm and the evod 1.8 which would account for a better hit

Just looked on the packaging one of mine came in and it is a 2.4. No idea what the Evod one is because it was only in a see through packet. I'm pretty new to all this so not really sure what/why it's a difference. Although I like the strength of mine earlier in the day and the stronger one on an evening, so it's not a big deal for me.

I'm not *quite* such a 'newbie' any more, and have quite a vaping collection going on, including Protanks, iClear30s, an aqua tank etc... but I still use an ego battery and an eVod for out and about, work and 'every day' vaping, personally I don't think you can beat eVods for reliability and taste for a 'throwaway' price...... especially if you get into re-coiling them yourself and get a lower ohm! ;)

Also using the aspire bec, that seems really smooth not as much th from it

so is lower the ohm the better the hit not sure of the difference between the lower and higher ohm

Usually, the lower the coils resistance the hotter it gets so you need increased airflow to get a good vape.

The only downside to evods is that some juices will 'eat' the tank!

In a nutshell, yes.

Lower resistance (ohms) = more vapour and more 'throat hit'

You can achieve the same effect with higher resistance if you up the voltage. To do that you need a variable voltage battery (or device).
