Zeus sub ohm - atomizer short

This is driving me craaaaazy.

I bought this tank about 3 weeks ago and I am in love with everything about it apart from this constant atomizer short. I'm using the Z1 coild, mesh, KA1 0.4 coils and vaping at 70w. I have to keep fiddling with the tank before it'll let me use it and then after a few puffs I get atomizer short.

Thought it was a problem with the coil so I switched it out and it's still doing it. Am I doing something wrong? I've searched high and low all over the internet and noone else seems to have this problem. Please help me love this tank!

Should mention my mod is a Reuleaux RX200 if that makes any difference

That makes a huge difference.
The rx200 is known for 510 issues and the pin does sit low on that mod.
The 510 pin on the tank is probably too short for that mod.
Try it on another mod see if it's still doing it.

Ahhh this is a damn shame, I've had this mod for forever so I'll be gutted to part ways with it. I sadly don't have a spare so looks like I'm in the market for a new one. Any good suggestions?

The later releases were better even the 2/3 didn't suffer the same issue.
Might be worth starting a new thread asking for recommendations and put whatever criteria you need in there.
