Hi John.

Have you ever removed the AFC ring? Not sure if it's removable as I can't remove mine

The airflow ring is hard to even adjust on one of my minis, it wasn't when new so seems like a o ring (if there is any under the ring) has expanded and as far as im aware they can't be removed.

The AFC on all of mine (I have a few) have becomer harder to adjust since they were new, but it's still doable.

The hastur mini on the other hand. Just won't budge.

I removed mine today for cleaning. Lubed up the AFC O-ring. It was easy to get off. A bit fiddly to get back on. I followed these steps. (They are not my hands or pics) [emoji3]
