Ok, I bought the iTaste VV. I love it for day to day, certainly an upgrade from an eGo. Just fancy getting something slightly beefier and don't want to spend much more than £50 for now.

I have been looking at the MVP, Smoktech SID, Lavatube and Vamo. I have no idea really and don't want to start a LT/Vamo debate.

I'm thinking the MVP as I have the iTaste VV but is it just a bigger version with longer life battery? I quite like the SID with the OLED display and being able to adjust wattage. THe Lavatube and Vamo are much the same as I can tell. Quite basic but both do the job very well.

Also how long does an 18650 battery last? Are there different ones?

Forgot to add, I mainly use an eVod, but will be buying a Protank so basically the same.

Cheers oska

Personally, I would go for the K200, that is anticipated to be here around the 15th May, and will be approx £40.00.

However, this wont come with batteries or a charger. Now being completely subjective, kits usually come with Chinese battery chargers and unbranded 18650 batteries, and whilst people are happy with them, I am not. I would prefer a UK specced charger and branded decent batteries. It really is upto you, I wouldnt want to sway you one way or the other.

As for batteries, I use 2 different types of 18650, I have a couple of AW IMR 2000mAh batteries, and I get over 24 hours out of them. I also have a stack of Panasonic 18650 3400 mAh batteries, and these will last me over 2 days, bordering on 3, and I vape quite heavy :)

For me persoanlly I'd use that £50 to buy a vamo and a rebuildable atty, or go a bit cheaper with a lavatube, rebuildable atty, and add some mixing supplies :)

I was looking at the Z-Max too looks quite decent. I'm not sure I like the look of the K200, I prefer just a straight looking mod but I maybe swayed.

As for rebuild-able atty's, I will go there at some point. I rebuild the eVod, I just like it's simplicity, size and style.

And yes, that 134 looks like some kind of lightsaber, I saw it earlier. Not much info though.

I must admit, I'm tempted with an MVP at some point.

The downside is, it's "fixed" battery, so once it's fooked, it's fooked.

Lavatube is a good bit of kit, and if you can pick one up chirpy chirpy, you're onto a winner... Just VV though, but hardly a heartbreaker.

Vamo you can pick up body only for about £30 these days, has 2 different battery configs and and is also VV/VW.

Don't know much about the SID... kinda looks like a budget zmax, in which case for the price whit found, I'd probably buy the zmax! Not least of all as I have the same one as the link, and it is grand :D

Edit

Seeing that you use the evod... the vamo and the zmax both have ego threads... the lavatube and mvp doesn't.

Easily got round with an adapter, but just an added faff :D

I was looking at the Z-Max too looks quite decent.

You know it makes sence :D
Joking aside, at that price its a great bit of kit for the money :)

Agree with robin about the mvp plus waiting for it to charge, unless you get two

Hmm, I read the ZMAX does not fit eVod without an adapter, will that just make it look shit?

Hmm, just read Mark found the eVod and Protank both work so no worries.
