Ordered some 10ml bottles from an ebay seller and they turned up today

Dropper Bottle Squeezable LDPE Childproof Cap Tip Liquid Ejuice Empty Wholesale | eBay

100 bottles for £14.30 with free postage, works out at 14.3p per bottle if my maths are correct?

Filled with exactly 10ml of PG takes the bottle up to the level in the above picture.

Bottle handles 12ml absolutely fine with a slight remaining air-gap for shaking/steeping.

So you vendors can sell as 10ml and be generous and actually give us people who line your pockets a bit extra and let us have 12ml ;)

The bottles are child proof and have the tactile triangle on the top of the lid so are CHIP compliant.

The plastic is slightly more squeezy than a Capella 10ml concentrate bottle, which would seem to indicate the plastic could be slightly thinner, i think this is all good though, can squeeze the juice out quicker. Long thin tip is also a good point.

I rate these bottles 5/5, i think vendors should use them and give people 12ml of juice :please:

I'm certainly willing to fill the full 12ml. All it will cost is an additional 20% on each bottle - seems fair, no?

I don't know a vendor out there not slightly overfilling their bottles to comply with the weights and measures act, if you pay for 10ml and get 10.5 to 10.6ml already you still get more than you paid for.

The cost of a 10ml bottle of so called 'premium' eliquid just seems a tad extravagant for me, an extra 2ml could lessen the blow somewhat, call it psychology :umm:

All it takes is for one well known vendor to do it and and shout 'hey look, we're giving you 12ml for the price of 10ml!' and many more will fall in line anyway.

I'd imagine most of the cost goes into the bottling and labelling, so an extra 2ml would be pennies anyway.

Maybe i'm anti-capitalist? Or maybe i just like bang for my buck, who knows? :grin2:

Can you explain your cost breakdown on your extravagant 10ml bottle? I would like to know why I don't have my Ferrari yet... Seriously though, try and list what goes into a bottle and I'll add to it.

All I will say without being blunt is that I think you may be undervaluing what exactly goes in to making a juice on a larger scale which is a very different beast to DIY mixing.

I got quoted 113,000 euros for the machine I'd like. That's one machine but there's so many other small and not so small ongoing things you pay for ;)

This is the single machine. Not even the full automated mass production line really but well on the way.

Right.....fuck it....i'll be blunt ;)

10mls will last me 3 days....so thats what £3.33 a day.....right.....20 marlboro red costs what? Nearly a tenner for 20, which is what i went through every day....

I dont do maths, but im pretty fucking sure that having a marloboro works out a bit more expensive then a bottle of juice....

*sigh*

So we've established that vaping is "cheaper" then smoking.......

Cool.....

So....if you order some juice from one of our many wonderful and varied producers, please dont expect them to give away more then you have ordered and paid for......thats called "taking the fucking piss"

Instead, buy stuff on a regular basis....engage with the vendor, perhaps review there juices and maybe, just maybe you might get a little extra something like a new juice to try included with your regular order....
