12 year smoker here - now vaping!

I bought a cheapy Kik vape kit off the local market this Saturday, along with 12mg fluid.
I had my last rollie Saturday night and I've not smoked one since. However I got almost instant headaches with 12mg, so popped to local offlicense to get some 8mg and was right as rain!

Only thing now is having what feels like a bit of a tight chest with a slight weeze when laying in bed, and tickley gums, but have been using corsodyl daily to try and cure the gingivitis!

Funny how the Mrs fags stink after she's smoked them! Amazing after only 3 days I feel better in myself already.

I'm now looking for an upgraded Cape, and some decent liquids. Don't particularly trust this crap I'm using now.

And the gingivitis isn't bad, In only get tickely gums. And sort of contradicted myself above saying about my ailments then straight after how I was feeling better! Haha

I highly recommend you get your juices from a proper vaping vendor. You shouldn't be getting headaches straight away with 12mg if you're already a smoker. Headaches are caused usually by inhaling too much nicotine.

Hi there,
I'm a noob myself.
I had bad headaches and wheezing myself at first. For me it was the juice I started with, Hangsen.
I found it was to high pg for me so I went with 100% vg for a while.
But now with a bit of experiment I find I am happy with a 50 / 50 mix.
Also my 3rd day without a rollie.

who would have thought I'd be surrounded by so many fellow ex rollie smokers, I had bad gums my first week or so now I put that down to using cheap horrible juice

Bad gums is a side effect of smoking. They thicken up over the years of abuse from the chemicals and toxins we was putting through us in a way to defend them selves. You will find after a while they will stop as they return to normal. Tickley gums could also be the blood supply returning to them.

I had a few headaches a while back, but realised that was cause I was dehydrated more than any thing. Drink more water to counter the dry effect of pg and you night find it stopped. Just be care full dropping your nic content too low. You could end up burning through juice to counter your drop.
