Must the flow control have an integrated timer that automatically shuts off after 20 droplets and only lets you continue filling after one minute has elapsed? What next, a limit on the size of the droplets coming out of the bottle?

What are these people on? The annoying thing is whoever is sitting there dreaming up this garbage is probably getting payed a fortune to do so.

This infuriates me, other than fitting devices to the bottles (which would greatly inflate the price of liquids) they then suggest a dock to put your liquid into your tank for you?
I already spend enough on my vaping habits! Let alone having legislation to increase expenditure more.
Why do I get the suspicion that this is all big tobacco trying to make vaping too expensive making people fall back to cigs?

is that 20 drops when just turned verticle ie no squeezing? if so i dont have any juices in my 10ml long nose bottles that drip any where near that, infact most wont come out without squeezing, however i do have alot of other bottles that drip loads compared to their proposals
But the the concept on a whole is just stupid imo, docking station??? jeese vapings gonna get tough, time to stock right up,

I feel bad for the vendors as this is gonna cost alot

I agree with Richy.
If it is 'unaided, only gravity' then many current bottle designs tick this box.
This would prevent (some what) accidental spillage.
I have bottles like this but when squeezed fill 4.5ml (cough, cough sorry 2ml or 2.5 or whatever the f**k size tank you want to limit us too) in about 1 second.
I could live with that.

Slightly off topic, but this made me remember. I was talking to an NHS stop smoking rep who comes into my workplace about the plans to put e-cigs on the NHS. She told me that its likely to be the vype epen. And guess who owns Vype.........

"Vype is sold by Nicoventures Trading Limited, a company acquired by BAT in late 2012"

lets just call them e liquid travel containers, eliminating the specified restrictions on"refill containers":hmm:

Hmm hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but that doesn't surprise me atall.
I'm desperately trying to avoid giving tobacco companies my money, now they're going to free load even more off our taxes. Oh the joys...

And who has just won the contract to supply the NHS 'e-cig'? Yup British Americunt Tobaccunt themselves. So they cause the problems then are allowed to provide the solution. Win win for them.
